We all can relate with these beautiful lines in this Era of sleep deprivation, or should I say, starvation. At times we just want to let it go and sleep.

Over the last twenty two years I myself have been trying to cope with frequently interrupted sleep due to phone calls
in my zeal to heal, torn between the two ideals, to be ever accessible to my patients. And getting enough sleep.
I’ve consistently broken every rule of the good sleep book. Practisd against what I’ve preached. Kept two phones named (Rozi) and (Roti) near my pillow ready to receive calls any hour of the day or night. Yet i can find solace in the fact I have been able to provide some relief to many and help them get better sleep even at the cost of mine. The saving grace is Homeopathy and the solid foundation given by my parents have helped me survive and sustain it so far no conserve my eyesight till I touched fifty. And needed a pair of spectacles only during Covid Era due to overwhelming workload and no reliable staff.
Today again I’m supposed to prescribe the opposite of what I do…. Unless someone’s life depends on your receiving a phone call never let anyone or anything disturb your sleep.
You need four stairs to reach the zenith of health in the order of priority..
1. Good Ample Sleep.
2. Light nourishing balanced diet.
3. Regular sustainable enjoyable exercise.
4. Good holistic supportive non addictive noon invasive medicine like Homeopathy.
